The “21 Day Challenge” is designed to work progressively on all the physical skills of the body (cardiovascular, endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power and speed), with twenty one sessions (indoors and outdoors). The workouts will contain functional strength exercises, plyometric exercises, mobility and agility exercises, sprints, running and also self-defense drills. Each challenge-workout is designed based on the vital principles of coaching. All the sessions are created by the knowledgeable coaches of Crossfitness Pafos and Tiger Academy of Martial Arts.
